We’re thrilled to share an update on Cadet Comet’s progress as he works toward becoming a fully trained assistance dog. Recently, Comet has been out with his trainer for important habituation at the train station and on trains.

Why is this training essential? Comet is learning to stay calm and confident in busy, noisy environments, like train stations and on board trains. This ensures he’ll be ready to support his future Partner during train journeys and other public outings.

As you can see from the photos, Comet was completely at ease during his training. His progress is impressive, and we’re so proud of how far he’s come! Keep up the great work, Cadet Comet — you’re one step closer to making a real difference in someone’s life.

Thank you to everyone who supports our mission!
